1. Fill out the Service Request Form. It is an Adobe Acrobat file. 2. Fill in the Contact Information, Memory Card Description, and Return Shipping Method. 3.
Send the card in a padded or stiff cardboard envelope, enclose the service
request form
and send to: Apollo
will evaluate your memory card, contact you regarding its status, complete
the recovery (if possible), and send an invoice for the amount of the recovery that can be payed via credit card or PayPal. Upon receipt of payment Apollo One Data Recovery will return the card and file recovery CD to
you by your selected shipping method.
